Shipping & Billing:
All orders are processed, billed, and shipped within 72 business hours from when the order is placed
provided the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Your order will
then ship out via the method selected. Dbuys.com is not responsible for any merchandise or orders that is
forwarded to an address different than the one specified on the original order. Any
shipping address that was altered by the consumer is the sole responsibility of
the consumer. International orders are not accepted . All oversized audio equipment, printers, and
televisions ship via UPS or courier service. We do not ship to hotels. For your security all packages
leaving our premises are sent signature required upon arrival.
Non verifiable orders may considerably delay the shipping of your order as well as us requiring other
information in order to have it processed.
All appliances ship via curbside delivery only.
Dbuys.com carrier of choice is UPS.
*All orders priced from $1 to $1000 are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements)or to a business where the card holder is employed. The alternate business address must be listed with the credit card company and the business must be listed with directory assistance (ie... www.411.com). In the event the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business which again must be listed with your credit card company as alternate address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. C.O.D. orders are welcome provided we receive a 10% deposit via credit card, check, or money order.
We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and schools.

Returns / RMA
Dbuys.com offers a 10-day return privilege policy on select items (please refer to Return Policy below) provided the following guidelines are
followed:
- All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging unopened with manufacturers seal.
- All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
- Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
- All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a Dbuys.com Return Authorization (RA) number. Please
contact our customer service division at 877.993.2897 prompt 2 Monday–Friday 10am-6pm EST for your RA number.
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
- All refused packages will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Items
Packages lost or damaged by UPS or Freight Companies require up to 45 days for a credit
to occur.

Manufacturer Returns
-Due to most manufacturer's policies, final sale items listed above may only
be returned directly to the manufacturer.
-Please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a proper return.
± LCD/Plasma/Televisons Above 20" Policy
All sales of LCD/Plasma/Televisions above 20" are final and may not be returned. The following are responsibilities of the customer when taking delivery
of any television 20" and above:
1. All customers must carefully inspect the box of your TV before the shipper
leaves your premises. If you find the unit is damaged due to delivery mishap you
may refuse delivery for a defective exchange. When we receive the unit back at
our warehouse, a claim will then be issued for your TV.
2. If the television meets your expectations, you must sign the release form
supplied by the shipper to fully complete the delivery process. Your signature
confirms that you understand this LCD/Plasma/Television Return Policy and agree
that you cannot return the television.
3. Once the television has been delivered please refer to "Manufacturer
Returns" or refer to any applicable warranty you might have.
Due to company policy the following manufacturers will not honor the standard one year warranty that is supplied.Denon,Yamaha,Pioneer,Bose
International Orders
International orders are accepted strictly by phone only. Please call to order. Dbuys.com is not responsible for duties or tariffs on international shipments.
Tax
Items shipped in the state if New York are subject to the applicable sales tax added to the order total.
